Blog - When to Submit Earnest Money on Short Sale
When should I submit my earnest money on the short sale property I am buying? My Realtor says it should be when the seller accepts the offer, but another friend who is also a Realtor told me that I should wait until the bank accepts the offer. Who’s right?
